SG Ceramic Grinding Wheel
HTF Materials SG Grinding Wheels are manufactured using advanced Seeded Gel (SG) ceramic abrasive technology. The microcrystalline ceramic alumina structure continuously fractures during grinding, exposing new sharp cutting edges and maintaining excellent cutting performance throughout the wheel’s service life.
Compared with conventional aluminum oxide grinding wheels, SG grinding wheels provide significantly higher stock removal rates, lower grinding temperatures, better surface finish, and longer wheel life.
They are widely used in precision grinding applications involving hardened steels, alloy steels, crankshafts, camshafts, rolls, bearing components, and other demanding industrial workpieces.
